    With Remote Troubleshooting activated on your printer, Konica Minolta 1st level support will be done remotely. This means that our support rendered to you will be contactless with faster response. We will be able to run a diagnosis on your printer to identify and fix the issues in detail.

  3. Is Remote Troubleshooting able to fix my issue without dispatching a technician on-site?

    It depends on the reported issue. If the issue requires a technician to be on-site, we will use remote troubleshooting to access and diagnose the issue first, so that our dispatched technician will get ready the right tools for the solution.
